The Daris 3A5 prospect, situated approximately 10 km northwest of Daris East within Block 7, has already demonstrated strong potential through past exploration. Between 2010 and 2012, Alara Resources completed an exploration program that included 10 drill holes, successfully confirming the presence of high-grade copper-gold mineralization.
Building on these results, a mining license covering 0.653 km² has now been formally granted over the prospect. This milestone paves the way for the next phase of exploration, evaluation, and eventual development, positioning Daris 3A5 as an important contributor to Alara’s pipeline of growth projects in Oman.
